Resurgere is not an individual person. Resurgere is a team, a group, a collective endeavor. Not only Resurgere's resources but Resurgere itself is the product of the efforts of its Members [and now its Guests as well]. Each resource item at Resurgere was produced by an individual, a ' producer ', who decided to share his or her resources with the public through this group. So without them Resurgere is nothing. These individual artists have diverse skills, styles, and background but are all able to produce high quality inventive stock that is apt for our gallery to share. And, they are generous enough to share it with everyone.

Resource producers fall into three main classes, with a forth class of former members. These classes are just indications of the closeness of relationship a producer has with Resurgere. They are not indications of skill etc, there is no reason to expect that a Curator's stock will be better then a Guest's package, a higher class means only a closer relationship to the project.

Guest resources are all carefully vetted to ensure they are able to meet a high standard of stock, so if someone is Legionarius they have passed a harsh test of Primi Ordines judgment and so they should be considered very skilled [Many apply though few pass in this test]. Guest contributors are not full Members of Resurgere, but Guests are enlisted in the Legion and do produce stock which is distributed by Resurgere. The commitment of a Guest is to produce at least one package, though they may produce more if they wish. Some will only produce one package, others will do many. Because of this casual commitment more people can participate, so the Legion producers are the most populated class. Hardworking Legionarius will eventually earn the option to be promoted to full Centurio class.

In contrast to Guests, full Members have been accepted as long term contributors who will likely be involved with Resurgere for years and generate many packages. Larger commitment and so a higher standard they had to meet, meaning there are fewer of them. These producers are the project backbone, because Resurgere can always count on them being there to keep production high. Dedicated Centurio may eventually become Primi Ordines if they want when more staff are needed and openings appear.

Curating members act as staff at Resurgere, in addition to producing stock over the long term like other members Curators also manage all aspects of the account. As you might imagine there is a large administrate burden involved in running a project as big as Resurgere, the Curators work together to keep things on track and moving forward.

As part of Resurgere's history, Members that have parted ways with the team are just as responsible for Resurgere's success as its current Members. Many of them had joined Resurgere at its infancy, and without their support at such an early stage, Resurgere would never have matured into the group it is today.
