“As you may already know I am quite the animal fanatic and cats are one of my favs I wanted to gather some kitten shots together to share for stock and here they are. I will be doing another pack at one point but this should get you started. Most of these pictures are of kittens I have fostered and were adopted. While we look at the collection of cute and fuzzys here please don’t forget even though they are oh so adorable and you can never get enough of kittens, the cat population out there can. Over the years I have worked not only as a vet nurse, but at animal shelters as well and I can tell you from first hand experience that there is nothing more heartbreaking then having to euthanize animals because there are too many without homes. Twenty-five percent (25%) of cats - one out of every four - are destroyed daily. The majority of these cats and kittens are bright-eyed and healthy, with no physical or mental deformities.

People think its so cute that they have kittens, they love them but when they grow up they seem to lose their cuteness and most end up without homes. Don’t let this happen to your pets. I have heard ALL the reasons and excuses in the world why people don’t want to get their animals spayed/neutered, but NONE OF THEM are valid. And none of them make the animal feel any better when we have to look an animal in the eyes before putting it to sleep and try to explain why this has to happen. Be a RESPONSIBLE pet owner and have your pets spayed and neutered. I could go on and on about the benefits of spaying/neutering but I don’t want to lecture. While you enjoy and/or use these photos just please remember to not only take care of your own pets, but help remind others as well. Thank you
