A special package to help support the launch of a new category in Resources, that' is the Literature Templates category of course and if you missed the news article I suggest you go read it! These resources will help make DA Prints more inclusive and grant all the literature community members a new opportunity to make sells and gifts of their art. Spread the word to your writer friends to put this new kind of template to good use, and tell your designer friends to put their visual talents to use making more templates!

This package is also posted at *PrintsForLit, which will be your official source for lit templates and worth 'watching for future template submissions. And that account is another example that all it takes is a little texture magic from `dholms's to make a journal look pretty snazzy. You have to swing by that gallery because along with official Resurgere packages like this, right now you can see great designs from Resurgere contributors %fangedfem & `kuschelirmel which you won't find in our gallery here. ^cosmosue also contributed plenty of beautiful templates to the inital launch, so together we make up to first four designers.

One part of a two part package. These are based mostly on past Flora submissions that where popular so it's stock you know and love. 9a here is of lighter tones and softer colors. There are four designs and two color treatments of each design for some verity, keep in mind it should be easy to make your own color variants to best suit your writing.

I also threw in some extras. Some Photoshop Shapes that are just parts of borders and decorations, see how the roses come together to from a few simple repeated parts and hopefully it will give you some ideas. Also I included a brief note that is sort of a tutorial with some advice on how to get the most out of these templates when you add your text.

These templates should let you make prints at 12x18in and a fair quality 150-dpi, which should be big enough to hold a lot of text! You can make them smaller of course too if you don't need as much space.

Released under our Terms of Use as always, but the Producer of this package grants you permission to use these templates with your writing in DA prints. So you don't need to ask for a permit on your Lit Prints, you got it! [Other commercial use besides DA Prints is not pre-approved however, so you are going to have to follow procedure and ask to get permits for such usage.]
